Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Pre-order items are dispatched once stock arrives — see our Pre-Order Policy for details.
Australian delivery
All orders are delivered within Australia by Australia Post. Shipping options and rates depend on order weight (card count plus packaging) and the service you choose at checkout.
Your exact shipping options and live rates are shown at checkout once you add products to your cart and enter your delivery address.
Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days. During peak periods — such as public holidays, Christmas and promotional events — Australia Post may experience delays and delivery may take longer.
Shipping rates (guide)
The rates below are a Domestic AU guide based on our live Shopify shipping profile. Card-count ranges assume about 1.6 g per single card and leave packaging headroom — protective sleeves, toploaders and mailers can tip an order into a higher weight band earlier. The rates shown at checkout apply to your order.

International shipping
If international shipping is enabled for your destination, available options appear at checkout (for example a general international rate around $20 AUD, and NZ Standard International where configured). Always rely on the live rates shown at checkout for your address.
Change of delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Any change of address must be requested before your order has been dispatched — email enquiries@curacards.com.au as soon as possible with your order number.
Returned to sender
If a parcel is not collected from the post office, or is returned to CuraCards because an incorrect address was entered at checkout, you will need to pay the applicable shipping fee to have it re-sent.
