At CuraCards, you can pre-order selected products online.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you secure an item before it's in stock. This includes:
- products that have recently sold out and have more stock on the way; and
- upcoming sets, expansions and new products, which you can purchase before their release date.
Important information
- Payment: Payment is taken in full at checkout when you place your pre-order.
- If we can't supply: If a manufacturer cancels a product or we receive less stock than ordered (short allocation), we'll refund you in full for any items we can't supply.
- Dispatch: Pre-order items are dispatched as soon as they arrive in stock.
- Mixed orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the whole order will be dispatched once the pre-order stock arrives or the release date is reached.
- Multiple pre-orders: If your order contains several pre-order items with different release dates, the order will be dispatched when the last item arrives in stock or on the latest release date.
- Want items sooner? If you'd like in-stock items sent before your pre-order items, please place separate orders, or email us at enquiries@curacards.com.au and we can arrange for your items to be shipped separately.
- Updates: We'll keep you updated on estimated arrival times as we receive updates from our suppliers.
- Release date changes: Release dates are set by the manufacturer and may change. We apologise in advance for any delays this may cause.
