04/09/21 Shipping Update
Australia Post are expecting delays to the regular parcel service over the next 2 weeks to work through backlog and staff shortage due to COVID lockdowns across VIC & NSW.
Express Parcels remain unaffected so we've given our customers the opportunity to check out with Express Postage during check out. All other delays are unfortunately out of our control. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

We do our best to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).
*Please note: During busy periods/holidays, Australia Post may experience delays.
All deliveries are with Australia Post Standard Tracked. Rates vary depending on what is purchased, you can see shipping rates when you proceed to checkout after adding a product to your cart.
Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.
If a parcel is not collected from the post office or has the wrong address submitted throughout checkout and returned to CuraCards HQ you must pay the applicable shipping fees to have the parcel resent.
Change of Delivery Address
We require any change of address to occur before the parcel has been dispatched.
